As of yesterday, I challenged my sister to complete AT LEAST 450 step-ups by the end of the month. She asked for it! That makes me happy; it shows she's motivated, and in turn, motivates me. It shows me I need to stop being lazy.

I've noticed that a lot of contestants on The Biggest Loser end up becoming personal trainers once they're off the ranch. There's at least one person in every season who either does that or becomes a motivational speaker. I just thought it was interesting that such a short amount of time could change someone's career choices.

My THIGHS. They're still sore from the day before yesterday. I tried to do some Netflix yoga yesterday thinking, "This will be nice, it'll stretch me out." Chyeah.

60 15#db squats with front kick

I did this a minute slower this time around, but I'm ok with that since I added the 15# dbs today. Those squats with front kicks were killer with weight put on. I think today was the closest I've come to puking in a while.
+Zumba. I've never felt so uncoordinated in my life.
